Beef&Pork 3 oz cooked
Chicken 4 1/2 oz cooked breast
Grains 1/2 cup whole grains
Fruits&Veggies at least 1/2 cup
Alcohol 1.5 oz of liquor, 5 oz wine, 12 oz beer

How to portion:
Eat real food, you know things in their natural states, unprocessed foods. Eating locally grown food is a great way to ensure this!

Make sure to incorporate protein into each meal, this will help you feel full longer. No matter your diet protein can including because of its versatility. For ex: Legumes(beans) , fish, eggs, nuts, cheese etc.
