Beef&Pork 3 oz cooked

Chicken  4 1/2 oz cooked breast

Grains 1/2 cup whole grains

Fruits&Veggies  at least 1/2 cup 

 

Alcohol 1.5 oz of liquor, 5 oz wine, 12 oz beer
